Materials needed


200g of ripe sapadilla, 
5g of pectin, 
325g of sugar, 
5g of citric acid

Method of making

The ripe pulp is boiled in hot water for 5 minutes.  Then grind well.  Mix 5g sugar and pectin.  Add to the mixture and heat with a spoon, then add the remaining sugar, pectin, citric acid, and mix well and let it cool.
