What is needed

150g of brown sugar
Rice flour 120g
Wheat flour (bread flour) 60g
vanilla 1 tea spoon
1 cup of water

How to make

Add sugar, rice flour, bread flour and vanilla and mix water little by little to make a paste.
Ripples should fall on top of each other, when you pour it with a spoon. Neither liquid nor thick.

Then you may have 3/4 cups of water or a little more.

Do not add 1 cup of water at once.
Now keep at least 6 hours.

1. Heat the pan and add 1/2 cup of oil for frying.
Don't add oil when the kavu is covered, it means deep frying

2. Do not increase the fire too much, I baked the cake on the smallest of the 4 stoves.

3. Now pour the mixture with a table spoon into the hot oil without spreading it continuously in the middle.

4. Now stop and wait for the cake to come up a little and bloom around.. at that time do not do anything to spill oil..

5. When it puffs up like that, take a little of the mixture from the spoon and add it to the center of the puffed cake.

6. Now take the stick and take the spoon from left to right and rotate it so that the mixture poured in the middle of the stick comes up..Spray oil with the spoon in the right hand..

7. This sprayed oil should hit the growing hair then the mixture that comes up will get fried..

8. Don't over fry the cake made like that.
Or the cake will be loud..
I used a tablespoon to spread the oil.
