50 g of sugar,

2 1/2 tsp gelatin,

2 teaspoons of vanilla,

6 tablespoons of water,

A drop of yellow color.

Put the gelatine in water and leave it to dissolve. Put the milk on the stove and boil it well. When the milk boils, add the gelatine and sugar to it, stir it well and take it off the stove after a while.  Keep it, let it set for about 4 hours and keep it in the fridge for another 3 hours and let it cool.  After that you can taste the homemade yogurt.
